In-person and/or Zoom appointments can be scheduled. Email financialaid@steu.edu.
Students and parents can submit electronic files to the Financial Aid Office by using
our off-site Secure File Upload portal. The portal uses secure HTTPS and TLS (Transport
Layer Security) processing, which is the same Internet-standard encryption that is
normally used for financial transactions. This ensures that files being uploaded across
the Internet are well encrypted for privacy.
Examples of documents that can be uploaded:
- Verification Worksheets
- Tax Documents
- Special Circumstances Requests
- Loan Adjustment Forms
- Note: files must be in either .pdf, .doc, or .jpg formats.
- HEIC files need to be converted to .jpg before uploading.
