Financial Aid Checklist

Priority FAFSA Deadline 鈥� April 1st

 
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be completed at , using 黑料正能量's School Code: 002600. Please note that the FAFSA is a free application.
  •  In addition to your FAFSA application, there may be other requirements necessary to complete the financial aid process.  Please be sure to submit any requested documentation as soon as possible.  Financial aid offers cannot be finalized until all requested documentation has been submitted and reviewed.

Please note: If you are interested in accepting any federal student loans, the following forms must be completed:

  • Entrance Loan Counseling to be completed at . This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, confirmation will not be sent to the University, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
  • Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) to be completed at . This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, confirmation will not be sent to 黑料正能量, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
  • Any additional documents requested by the Financial Aid Office.
