Faculty and staff can submit electronic files to Human Resources by using our off-site
Secure File Upload portal. The portal uses secure HTTPS and TLS (Transport Layer Security)
processing, which is the same Internet-standard encryption that is normally used for
financial transactions. This ensures that files being uploaded across the Internet
are well encrypted for privacy.
Examples of documents that can be uploaded:
- Health and Immunization Records
- Note: files must be in either .pdf, .doc, or .jpg formats.
- HEIC files need to be converted to .jpg before uploading.
